Pinnacle Hotel Management

Ron Franklin and Dick Vilardo founded Pinnacle Hotel Management in1997 to develop and manage Marriott and Hilton branded hotels. Their first project, the 123-room Courtyard Orlando East/UCF opened in June of 1997. Since that time they have developed or purchased 40 additional hotels. Pinnacle's largest new build project to date is the Orlando Marriott Lake Mary, a 304-room, full service hotel. The company manages its own hotels, as well as, those owned by other companies. Pinnacle has completed 30 ground up hotel development projects in markets such as Washington,D.C., Florida, New England and California. Pinnacle has also successfully completed several brand conversion projects including the Courtyard Alexandria, Virginia, the Fairfield Inn and Suites Palm Beach, Florida, the Courtyard Key West, Florida, the Boston Courtyard Billerica/Bedford, Massachusetts, and the Philadelphia Courtyard City Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Our latest new build project, the Residence Inn Orlando Downtown, Orlando Florida, was completed the summer of 2015. Our most recent acquisition was the Radisson Providence Airport, completed March 2018.

In 2002 Steve Fairbanks joined Pinnacle as an investor and partner. Fairbanks has been instrumental in leading an aggressive acquisition and development strategy for the company. Pinnacle currently has a 180 room Autograph by Marriott under construction in Tampa, Florida. Also under development is a Tribute by Marriott on the campus of the University of Central Florida. The Pinnacle Hotel Management portfolio includes over 4,000 rooms and annual sales in excess of $150 million.

Pinnacle Hotel Management was the honored recipient of Marriott International 2018 Partnership Circle Award
